Mesquite Roasted Coffee is fire roasted then packed at peak freshness in air-proof bags after cooling about an hour.
Stale coffee not allowed! Our coffee bags are build with three bonded layers of the best moisture/air proof packaging materials on the market, Mylar-Foil-Poly. Then we heat seal the filler opening to make it airtight. MRC is packed still warm after roasting. It's so fresh that we added a one-way gas valve to prevent the bag from bursting. Freshly roasted coffee releases carbon dioxide gas for several days as it stabilizes.
We've even included a handy zipper to keep your coffee fresh until the last bean is brewed.
